Shareholders’ meeting and deputy chairman appointment

Milan, March 26 - A meeting of NTV’s Board of Directors was held today in Milan. The board asked NTV’s chairman, Mr. Luca di Montezemolo, to convene the shareholders’ meeting to approve the 2008 financial results and to appoint Mr. Vincenzo Cannatelli as deputy chairman responsible for Accounting , Finance and Reporting and New Businesses.
