Intesa Sanpaolo joins NTV shareholder base with a 20% stake
Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori, Italy's leading private operator in the field of ultra high speed passenger rail transport, has confirmed Intesa Sanpaolo's participation in the Company's shareholding set-up with the acquisition of a 20% interest, entailing a global investment of €60 million.
NTV's shareholder base is now as follows: 76% held by Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Diego Della Valle and Gianni Punzo, in equal measure, 20% by Intesa Sanpaolo, 4% by Giuseppe Sciarrone.
