Hiring policy

The key principles behind NTV's hiring policy are transparency and merit.

The selection process is handled by the Personnel Department, together with the department managers interested in recruiting employees. By means of focussed interview and psycho-attitudinal testing the selection process is designed the technical knowledge, aptitude and potential of the candidates. Particular importance is placed on individual characteristics, as well as the degree to which the candidate's profile matches the company’s values.

The primary channels of recruiting used by NTV are: the company site ( www.ntvspa.it - Working in NTV), candidates who propose themselves spontaneously (web scouting), working relationships with university placement offices and masters programs, plus focussed recruiting drives.

NTV offers recent university graduates a chance to come into contact with the working world, thanks to internships during which motivated young people with noteworthy potential are able to perform operating projects alongside expert professionals. NTV internships provide an excellent opportunity to become a permanent part of the company.

The types of degrees for which there is the greatest demand are: Engineering, Economics, Informatics, Law, while secondary school diplomas are sufficient for certain company positions.
