Shareholders
NTV was founded in December 2006 by the entrepreneurs Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Diego Della Valle, Gianni Punzo and Giuseppe Sciarrone, who were joined in June of 2008 by Intesa Sanpaolo for Imi Investimenti, Generali Financial Holdings FCP-FIS, Alberto Bombassei and SNCF/VFE-P SA and in January of 2009 by Isabella Seragnoli.
